1A non-refundable fee of US$45 per abstract and at least a 10% non-refundable deposit on full delegate conference registration are required. 
2Remaining balance of full delegate conference registration required by 01 March 2017 to be allocated an Oral or Poster Presentation. 
3There will be no fee for long abstract submission.

1Registration is limited to 600 delegates.
2No cancellation requests for late registration will be considered.
