Social Programme

All of the 11 IKC coffee/tea breaks, lunches and evening dinners (from 17 to 22 September) will be served in or near the GICC and are included in full delegate registration fees. Many items on the social programme are available for sponsorship.

Saturday 23 September 2017 - Post Conference Optional Social Event

The post conference social event is organised by Chain of Events

Mokolodi Evening Bush Experience: One hour afternoon game drive at the Mokolodi Nature Reserve followed by a bush braai (dinner) with a cash bar ending with a slow night drive through the park back to the gate. Transportation to and from the GICC will be provided. This trip will depart the GICC at 15:30. This event will be at an additional cost of BWP 600 and can be purchased at the time of registration. This event is limited to 80 participants. Please note an indemnity form is required.
