The modern 3-star Metcourt Inn is located in the same complex as the Gaborone International Convention Centre which will host the conference and the Walmont Hotel which will host the lunches and social functions. The Metcourt has 149 rooms with king, double or twin beds. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant and bar, offers wireless internet in public areas and a free airport shuttle. Delegates staying at the Metcourt Hotel are welcome to use all the facilities of the nearby Walmont Hotel. The hotel and its rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please note the rooms have showers with no bath tubs.

11 IKC Delegate Rate - BWP 1175 (per room - including breakfast for one)
11 IKC Delegate Rate - BWP 1330 (per room - including breakfast for two)

The 11IKC Organising Committee has blocked all 149 rooms in this hotel for the duration of the conference and secured preferential rates for 11IKC delegates which include breakfast for one person. The preferential rate will also be applied to delegates staying longer than the room block dates. Rates are inclusive of local VAT and exclusive of local hotel tax (BWP10/night/person). Delegates will be able to book online directly with the hotel using an 11 IKC promotion code which will be provided to delegates with their confirmation of registration. A deposit of BWP1175 is required at time of booking for one person (BWP 1330 for two persons) which is refundable up to 24 hours prior to check-in. Delegates must book their room by 31 July 2017 to enjoy the 11 IKC preferential rate.
